FOR SCHOOL AND TRUST LEADERS
There is no expectation that you buy anything.
WHY TAKE PART
It is difficult to keep track of everything being developed for schools. Winfield brings a manageable number of products to you and makes clear why each opportunity may be relevant.

WAYS TO TAKE PART
Some leaders prefer to see several products in one session. Others want a detailed conversation about one product. You can decide separately whether each opportunity is relevant to you.
Online showcases
Join around 18 to 22 senior school leaders online. Six companies each have 13 minutes, including questions. Sessions usually run from 7.30pm to 9.00pm on a weekday evening.
You complete a short feedback form during the session. Any reward and participation requirements are explained before you register.
One-to-one meetings
Read about a product first. If you want to know more, complete a short form and book a suitable time directly in the company’s calendar.
Meetings usually last 30 to 45 minutes. Your contact details are passed to the company because you have chosen to book the conversation.
Product Discovery and research
Some projects use a shorter Product Discovery Sprint or focus on a particular issue, region or leadership group.
We explain the companies involved, the format, the time commitment, how your feedback will be used and any reward before you register.
HOW IT WORKS
Registering does not commit you to an event or meeting. We contact you when an opportunity appears relevant to your role, and you decide whether to take part.
01
Tell us about your role
Register using your school or trust email address and tell us about your responsibilities and areas of interest.
02
Choose relevant opportunities
We send you clear information about the product, format, timings and any reward. You decide whether it is useful to you.
03
Take part and give feedback
Attend the session or meeting, ask the questions that matter to you and complete the agreed feedback.
04
Decide what happens next
Receive any stated reward once the participation requirements have been completed. Further contact only takes place when you have chosen it.
THE WINFIELD PROMISE
School leaders need to know why they are being invited, what will be expected and how their information will be used. We make this clear before you agree to anything.
Clear information before you register
Your personal contact details are not shared without permission
There is no expectation that you buy anything
Honest criticism is as useful as positive feedback
Rewards recognise your time and completed feedback
Follow-up remains your choice
Where a reward is offered, it is linked to attendance and completion of the agreed feedback. It is never linked to giving a positive opinion or making a purchase.
WHO WE INVITE
Opportunities are intended for people with a leadership, budget or decision-making role in a school or trust. The intended audience will vary according to the product and activity.
Each invitation explains who the opportunity is intended for. We may ask you to register with a school or trust email address so that we can verify your role.
Headteachers and principals
Deputy and assistant headteachers
SENCOs and inclusion leaders
School business and operations leaders
Curriculum and subject leaders
Relevant MAT central-team leaders

Winfield Education is led by Dave Winfield, a former deputy headteacher who has worked with school leaders and education companies since 2014.
The format is built around what school leaders need: relevant information, clear timings, useful questions and control over what happens next.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
No. The companies taking part offer commercial products and services, but there is no obligation to buy anything, arrange a follow-up or continue the conversation. Your role is to consider what is being presented, ask questions and give an honest professional response.
REGISTER YOUR INTEREST
Register once and we will email you when an opportunity matches your role. You can decide each time whether it is relevant.
Registering does not commit you to taking part.
